Consultation Terms and Conditions

Process

After you have submitted the form on this page, the next steps are as follows:

  1. Our team will review your submission and call you to schedule the time and date of your consultation.

  2. An invoice and meeting invitation will be emailed to you.

  3. Pay the invoice.

  4. Show up to your consultation.


Payment

Payment is required in full before the scheduled start time of your consultation. If payment is not received then the consultation will be cancelled.


Payment can be made via direct debit, credit card, or other methods offered by our payment provider (Stripe).


Should you proceed with services from Sydney Drafting Concepts and Design after your consultation, the cost of your consultation will be deducated from the total of your project.


Cancellation

All bookings must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to attend (no-shows) are non-refundable.


By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.


Amdendments

Sydney Drafting Concepts and Design reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
