Melissa Putrino

Melissa brings a wealth of experience and a strong passion for construction to our team. She spent 12 years in the construction industry on custom home builds, developing excellent skills in communication, organisation, and contractor and client coordination, followed by four years in the flooring industry. Her deep interest in construction drives her to continually learn about the different processes and finishes involved in creating exceptional homes.

What Melissa enjoys most about her role is collaborating with teams and clients throughout the design and planning process. She finds problem-solving and ensuring projects run smoothly from concept to completion especially rewarding.

Melissa holds qualifications in Business Management and Business Administration, as well as a Certificate II in Accounting, and she is always eager to expand her knowledge and expertise within the industry.

Outside of work, Melissa enjoys going to the beach, cooking, and spending quality time with family and friends. She is also an avid reader, often relaxing with a good book under a warm blanket during the winter months.
